Suggestions for basic aftercare for nipple piercings.

Each day in your bath or
shower, wash you hands thoroughly first, then gently soap up your nipple
and work the starting ring back and forth through the pierced nipple to
wash out the hole with soapy water. Then rinse your nipple and
wash your hands ( Always before and after you touch any piercing - wash
your hands ).
Twice a day wash your hands
well , apply " Love my piercing " to your hands, rub on ring,
gently work ring through nipple hole and wash your hands.
Also you can use a most excellent
product - H2Ocean Spray.
It is NOT necessary to wash
any more than that or you will wash away helpful bacteria for healing.
Cleaning removes the crusty stuff allowing healing to speed up.
