"Shackle Man".

Who is shackle man? A strange visitor from another planet? He showed up after a two week marathon road trip across the country. He came in the shop asked for two custom shackle tattoos, one on each leg, with the chain links broken to symbolize he cannot be taken prisoner and will always be free.
