Thank you so much! Choosing your shop
was the best decision. Your humor and the movie watching really made the
atmosphere relaxing and took my focus off the fact that I was getting
tattooed. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for
a place to get a tattoo.
Ps. I hope you liked the teriyaki

If you couldn't
tell, I was extremely nervous when I came in. My heart was pounding like
crazy the moments before you began tattooing. But your personality and
store atmosphere made it a very comfortable and stress free experience.
I am loving my tattoo and I want to thank you for doing such an awesome
job at it. Good luck with the two other tattoos and I hope you keep
doing well! Thanks again for everything.

PS Thanks again for the snack. I was very hungry.

Hey Doz, What's
up? I wanted to once again thank you for such a pleasant and stress
free experience for getting my first tattoo. It looked great when you
were finished and yet it's still looking better and better each day as
it heals. I am very happy with it, and cannot wait to come back and get
some more done. After pulling a grave yard shift before my appointment,
I thought it was maybe going to be an effort, yet in your shop I felt as
if I was in my own living room watching a movie. I will give out your
cards to friends and recommend you to anybody I know interested in a
tattoo or piercing.
Thanks again, and see you soon.
Sincerely,
Kyle R.

Thanks again
for your beautiful work on this and for
permanently marking me with my lifelong totem
spirit animal. Perhaps that is what guided me
to you. I had a recommendation for a shop in
Monroe, but after a drive there, it didn't feel
right. So, I started my search. On my first
review I passed by your site fairly
quickly....too much scrolling for me. But
I gave it another try and no regrets. You
captured it beyond my expectations.
Cheers, Teresa

Hey Doz,
I just wanted to send you a quick thank you. I really enjoy getting my
blue heart shape music note done by you. It looks really cool and has
healed nicely. I liked being in an environment where you can sit back,
relax and have a lot of laughs. I’ll be back hopefully around the first
of the year to start discussing a cover up tattoo for my ankle.
Hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
A Big Thank You,
Donna

Doz,
This email is long overdue, but no less of a heartfelt fan letter to you
and the amazing work that you do!
I never imagined that I would have the "most beautiful tattoo" in the
world right here on my own leg.
From the moment that I walked into your shop, I felt like you understood
what I wanted. You took all of my various ideas and brought them
together along with research and ideas of your own, and then you
presented me with a design that truly took my breath away. You knew just
what colors to use! I was hooked!
During the actual tattoo process over the course of 2 appointments, you
made me feel comfortable, made me laugh a lot and left me with the
feeling that this tattoo is as important to you as it is to me.
I have shown everyone that will look, my gorgeous and truly magnificent
masterpiece! And, I swear that it has brought me luck (wonderful things
have happened in my personal life), my whole outlook is more positive
and I relish my little tattoo secret that I wear under my scrubs to work
everyday.
I have my next 4 tattoos planned out and I hope that you will be the one
to do them!
Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Doz, for making my dream a reality
and for performing your artistic magic on my skin!
Peace,
Erika

The new tat is absolutely gorgeous. The ‘reveal’
has been interesting. When my friends saw the warm
glow of the orange/gold in the middle of the
fleur-de-lis they thought I had been picking at my
tat. I think they didn’t expect my skin to be able
to hold such rich/bright color. Cudos to your
artistry. By the way I’m sending you the origin of
the ‘symbols’ around the fleur-de-lis. Although I
am a spiritual person by nature, I found it
‘cosmically ironic’ that I felt a connection to this
book not only because I’ve always relied on my
intuition as a woman and a mother, but also because
my middle name is ‘Marie’, my mother dedicated me to
the Virgin at birth, and I am a Pisces. Go figure…
It’s from Margaret Starbird’s book, The Goddess in
the Gospel. Interestingly, she lives here some
where in the Puget Sound area.
“The Greek name Maria, adapted from the
Hebrew Miriam, has a gematria value of 152, but the
epithet [re-the symbols of my tattoo] (the
Magdalene) bears the exact value of 153, the same
number as “the fishes in the net” mentioned in the
final chapter of John’s Gospel. The apostles of
Jesus were called to be “’fishers of men’ and
symbolically, the ‘fishes’ in their nets represented
the community of believers, the ekklesia, the
communal ‘bride.’
…Poring over information about
mathematics developed by the Greeks and the sacred
numbers of their cosmology, I discovered that 153
was one of the most significant values in the
ancient canon of sacred geometry! The number 153
signified the square root of 3 and was specifically
identified with the Vesica Piscis, the ‘almond’
shaped known as the ‘vessel’ or ‘measure of the
fish.’ This shape [the parenthesis-looking symbol
surrounded by the fleur-de-lis on the left side of
my tattoo] has specifically feminine associations
and was known throughout the classical Hellenistic
world as the matrix, the ‘mother,’ of all geometry.
It was sometimes called the ‘vulva,’ and was
referred to as the ‘Holy of Holies’ because of its
feminine connotations of the ‘inner sanctum.’ Of
all numbers in the ancient canon, the number 153
represented the Sacred Feminine—the Goddess in the
Gospels.”
Thanks Doz,
Greta

D,
Thank you for my lime green dot.
It might be the smallest tat you've ever done, but it's perfect.
Now I can say that I wear the 'Art of Doz.'
Loved the conversation and the tea, too.

Hi David,
Thanks so much for my tattoo of my gecko covering that ugly Ferrari
tattoo. My husband really loves it. I wanted to drop by and have you
see it but we've been so busy. My husband is leaving again Sept 24th
for five weeks. That army thing. He got his Harley bike.
Well are some pictures that may want to use on your website. Also
included is the bike my husband got. Its fun.
Thanks again,
Kim

my parents' dismay.
Thank you so much.

The new work you
did for me last week got all sorts of good remarks
from friends and family, they think it looks great and even the ones
without any tattoos compliment the straight lines and the crisp look
that it has.
I'm pretty damn happy man, no complaints here.
Look forward to seeing me in a few weeks, hopefully by then I'll have
a good idea and even a line drawing of my next piece. I'm totally
hooked, man.
Take care, and thanks for a great piece of art!
